How We Work Together
This is a 6-month transformational experience.
We start on April 15th. The first training is on April 21st and we will meet once a month on the third Tuesday of each month.
We will also meet throughout the program for round table discussions and Q&A.
Calls will be recorded if you can’t make it live.
Outside of calls, we will have a private community chat for support and real-time guidance from me throughout the month.
STRIDES: Core includes:

Ongoing support inside a private community: For implementation, feedback, and steady integration between calls.

About Meghan

I’ve spent over 20 years working in the equine industry, with my early foundation shaped at Hilltop Farm under Jill Hassler, where I developed a deep respect for how biomechanics, mindset, and connection influence the partnership between horse and human.
My work evolved through riding instruction with PATH International and into massage therapy and equine bodywork, where I built a professional practice beginning in 2007.
Over time, that work expanded into postural alignment and biomechanics, with attention to both tissue and nerve release and how the nervous system governs movement in horses and riders.
My background in psychology, combined with decades of hands-on experience, shaped how I see this industry: as a place where leadership, structure, and sustainability matter just as much as technical skill.
After building a successful practice through lived experience and real-world adaptation, I became passionate about teaching other equine professionals what actually works—so they can create businesses that support them through every phase of growth.
Today, I work with riders, horses, and equestrian facilities across the U.S., and I’m also the founder of the Equestrian Travel Association.
My work is grounded in decades of hands-on experience, psychology, and a deep commitment to sustainable leadership in the equine industry.
